Photo Release Waiver & Photo Use Agreement
The customer affirms that they have the legal right to provide the images included in their book and grant LifeStory Creations full permission to use them for the purpose of creating, publishing, and distributing this book. By submitting these images, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Ownership & Permission: You confirm that you either own or have obtained the necessary permissions to share these images. You release LifeStory Creations from any liability related to image rights or permissions.
1. Use & Distribution: You the customer grant LifeStory Creations the right to use, modify, publish, and distribute these images as part of this book. You the customer understands that this book will be made available for purchase through Amazon and other distribution platforms at the discretion of LifeStory Creations.
2. Book Ownership: LifeStory Creations retains full ownership of this book, including all publishing rights. You the customer acknowledges that you do not own any portion of the book, its contents, or its distribution rights.
3. No Compensation: You the customer understands that you will not receive royalties, compensation, or financial benefit from the sale of this book.
4. Indemnification: You the customer release and hold harmless LifeStory Creations from any claims, disputes, or legal actions related to the images provided.
5. The photo release waiver and photo use agreement will be printed on page two of all books with the name of the customer.
5. By submitting images and approving the creation of this book, you the customer agree to the terms outlined above.
